If you've purchased fruit in Canada recently, you may want to go check the labels. Save-On-Foods has issued a blueberry recall in Alberta, B.C., Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and possibly on a national level.

The recall was issued on Friday, June 25, and it includes the following Dole products:

  • Fresh Packed Blueberries, 170 grams
  • Fresh Packed Blueberries, 510 grams
  • Fresh Packed Blueberries, 1 pint
Several ID codes are associated with each recalled product. According to the notice, the food is at risk of cyclospora contamination, which could cause "diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea."
If you have these blueberries, you're advised to throw them out right away or return them to the store you got them from.
There have been no reported illnesses from the products so far.
