Catherine O’Hara Just Won Another Award For Being So Iconic As Moira Rose
There’s a reason Moira's favourite season is “awards season!” Catherine O’Hara just picked up yet another award for her role in Schitt’s Creek and she wasn’t the only one.
During Sunday night's Critics’ Choice Awards 2021, the Canadian-American took home the trophy for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as the iconic Moira Rose.
Schitt’s Creek was nominated for a total of five Critics’ Choice awards this year, including Best Comedy Series overall.
While both lost out this time, Dan Levy did win the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as David Rose.
Catherine O’Hara in particular has received multiple honours for playing Moira Rose, including a Golden Globe award just one week before her Critics’ Choice trophy.
She was even personally congratulated by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
In honour of her 67th birthday last week, fans on the internet took a look back at her long-spanning career which includes over 105 acting credits on IMDb!
