Schitt’s Creek was nominated for a total of five Critics’ Choice awards this year, including Best Comedy Series overall.

Eugene Levy also received an individual nomination for Best Actor in a Comedy Series, while Annie Murphy took home a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.

While both lost out this time, Dan Levy did win the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as David Rose.

It’s been a pretty impressive awards season so far for the Canadian TV show, with a historic Emmys sweep and a successful Golden Globes ceremony, among others.

Catherine O’Hara in particular has received multiple honours for playing Moira Rose, including a Golden Globe award just one week before her Critics’ Choice trophy.

She was even personally congratulated by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

In honour of her 67th birthday last week, fans on the internet took a look back at her long-spanning career which includes over 105 acting credits on IMDb!
