Getting legal marijuana in Denver, Colorado, is about to become even simpler thanks to the city council's latest decision.

On Monday, the council passed a bill that would make marijuana consumption both easier and more acceptable in the Mile High City this summer, with the first being related to marijuana delivery.

CBS Denver reports the new bill will allow dispensaries to deliver weed straight to citizens's homes starting sometime in late summer, meaning waiting in long lines for marijuana products may soon be a thing of the past in Colorado's capital city.

A second part of the proposal is another huge leap forward for the marijuana industry, as certified clubs will legally be allowed to sell cannabis products to be consumed by customers on the business's premises.

The proposal comes just in time for the day simply known as "4/20," which is recognized by many as "Weed Day."
