A new outdoor Street Eats food market is coming to Scarborough Town Centre early next month and it sounds pretty amazing, not to mention delicious.

The event series starts with a Caribbean food market on the weekend of August 1-3, which STC says will focus on "showcasing Black businesses and creatives."

The socially-distanced market will feature food and beverages, unique local artisans and entertainment.

However, to keep the variety of life going, the market will host a series of events focusing on different cuisines and treats over the next six weekends, running into September.

Following up the Caribbean weekend will be an Ice Cream Fest, a Filipino Street Market, a BBQ Eats Festival, a Mac and Cheese Festival, a Fried Chicken Fest, and a Ramen Festival.

Street Eats recently held another socially-distanced event in Toronto, a drive-thru food truck festival at Yorkdale Mall. But if you're looking to add something different to your food plans, now you know where to go.
