You must be able to read and write, be impartial, use good judgment, serve voters with disabilities, perform repetitive tasks, and follow directions and standards.

Also, you need to have interpersonal skills and basic math and analytical skills.

There are no education requirements for Elections Canada jobs.

But if you want to get hired as an assistant returning officer, assistant service point supervisor, service agent, or service centre support officer, you must have Canadian citizenship.
