Eight prizes ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000 are set to become void in January and February

Most of the tickets were purchased within the GTA.

A ticket was sold in Markham for $10,000 on February 7, 2020, followed by another in Toronto's west-end worth $100,000 on the 25th.

Two winning tickets for $500,000 and $10,000 were also sold in Ottawa back in January.

Last month, residents of Mississauga were warned to check their pockets after a lottery ticket worth $1 million went unclaimed.

The prize money remains uncollected.

OLG lottery tickets expire 12 months after their reported draw dates.

So, if you've got an unchecked Lotto Max ticket lying around, double-check those numbers!
