In addition, they may not contain the active ingredients Canadians would expect them to contain.\n\n\nHealth Canada\n\n\nOf the new hand sanitizers added to the list, one of which has been deemed counterfeit: Zytec Germ Buster by Northern National Sales, Inc. \nThe others have been listed for reasons such as faulty packaging, being sold without proper testing, incorrect labelling, and the list goes on. \nHealth Canada advises that you stop using the products on the list, follow local guidelines on safe disposal or return it to a local pharmacy and talk to your doctor if you have health concerns. \nCheck the labels on your sanitizer bottles to ensure you aren't using one of the recalled products and be sure to refer back to Health Canada for future notices like this.
