A group of teens are facing numerous charges after disobeying Ontario's stay-at-home order over the weekend.\nAccording to the Ontario Provincial Police, officers responded to numerous reports on Saturday about eggings in Cobalt and Temiskaming Shores.\nEditor's Choice: Elliot Page Has Reportedly Filed For Divorce From Emma Portner After 2 Years Of Marriage\n\n\n\n“\n\n\nPreliminary inquiry showed that individuals in vehicles were throwing eggs at other vehicles, residences and businesses.\n\n\nTemiskaming Ontario Provincial Police\n\n\nAccording to the release, the teens were spotted throwing eggs at multiple vehicles, as well as businesses and residences in the area. \nPolice were eventually able to track them down in their vehicles that were parked on Highway 65 E, in the City of Temiskaming Shores. \nSix teenagers between the ages of 18 and 19 were arrested for the incident on the evening of January 23. \nAll members of the groups were charged with mischief, alongside other charges of breaking stay-at-home orders. \nThe later charge, which falls under the Reopening Ontario Act, comes with a hefty $880 fine. \nThe group will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 2, 2021.
