You need to try this 2.7-kilometre staircase trail to a stunning Vancouver lookout point.\nJust a short drive from the downtown core, you can visit the sprawling Burnaby Mountain Conservation Area. Inside, there are 26 walking paths to discover.\nOne of the best picks is the scenic Velodrome Trail. The climb to the top is like a mini Grouse Grind but won't take nearly as long.\nThe few hundred stairs next to towering trees are the hardest part of the adventure. Feel free to go at your own pace; it isn't a race.\nAfter that, the rest is a leisurely walk that continues onto the Pandora Trail.\nAt the hilltop summit, you'll arrive near the Playground of the Gods.
