The perfect fall road trip! 🚗
Staff Writer

You don't need a time machine to travel back in time — just head to Kaleden Hotel Park.

The ruins near Kelowna, are just one hour south by car next to Skaha Lake.

Here you'll see the surprisingly well-preserved skeletal remains of an old hotel that has been closed since World War One.

It is the oldest building in the area, and you don't need to do any hiking to visit it.

The roadside attraction is free to visit and is exceptionally breathtaking in the fall when all the vines are covering the building change colours.

When here, you can explore the exterior to see all four levels.

It looks like a mini version of Colosseum in Rome, with the stone walls and massive arches.

Next time you are long for a trip to Europe, why not head here for some free fun?
