Everyone loves a good light show, but what if it's something else entirely?

A Nevada resident took a video of strange lights over Las Vegas, and so far, no one knows what it is.

In the 47-second clip, you can see bright white trails streaking across the sky.

The tails are clearly visible in the evening light and get smaller as they get farther away.

The National Weather Service (NWS) of Las Vegas told Narcity that no meteor showers or astrological occurrences appeared on their radar during this time.

NWS did say that Jupiter and Saturn are currently visible in the night sky, but no instances involving meteor-like objects were noted.

No noises were heard at the time of the video, which was taken near North Las Vegas on September 24, 2020.

Whether it was a rogue asteroid or something extraterrestrial, this was an unusual event.
