It's a summer filled with delicious deals across the country. Yet another has been added to the list. Mcdonald's Canada has introduced a new faves menu, and everything on it is under five bucks.

Some of the most beloved McDonald's classics have found their way on the faves menu. That includes the six-piece McNuggets and the incomparable Big Mac.

The McChicken can also be found on the new menu, as well as the perpetual underdog of McDonald's sandwiches, the filet-o-fish.

Each of these options is now just $4.99, and there are some restrictions, as is to be expected with any fast food offering.

These faves aren't available with any other meals, pairings, or offers. They'll also only be around for a limited time.

Still, when you're out for a long summer day and working up an appetite, at least you know that you can grab a quick, convenient bite for a fiver (plus tax).

These new faves join one of the most popular McDonald's deals of the season: the dollar drink days. Any fountain drink, plus small or medium iced coffees for just a loonie is always a good time.

Although, if you're looking for a more sophisticated cold drink, then maybe the Starbucks summer menu would be more your speed. It features delicious newcomers like the Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink and the Iced Pineapple Matcha.

There are also a couple of great deals available for ice cream lovers.

One dollar soft-serve cones are available at Burger King, while a small Wendy's Frosty is just 99 cents (and best enjoyed with some fries for dipping).

There are also some other fun snacks to choose from, like the new KD Bites, also available at Burger King and providing deep-fried mac and cheese goodness.

Basically, there's no shortage of fast food snacks available, and with more places reopening, there are even more opportunities to try them.
