Prepare to be scared, O-Town! Ottawa’s serial killer escape room is back and the experience is like a real-life nightmare.

It’s officially the season of all-things-spooky and this escape room is perfect if you’re looking for some Halloween-inspired horror.

Ottawa's Serial Killer Charade will trap you inside an abandoned cabin in a sleepy mountain town, as you attempt to find the victims of a serial killer.

With themes of witchcraft and rituals all around you, you’ll have an hour to escape the cabin before the killer returns.

According to the room description, it’s when the sun goes down that “the nightmare truly begins…”

While you won’t actually be locked inside the room at any time, it’s going to get dark and "bloody" in there and it will definitely feel like you're trapped!

This experience isn’t for the faint-hearted and it’s not recommended for anyone under the age of 13.

Room Escape has reopened with new COVID-19 policies, which includes mask-wearing and hand-sanitizing, and each room is deep cleaned between bookings.

All reservations are private, so you won’t be in the room with anybody that’s not from your party, either.
