Who can't relate to fawning over an adorable animal?
Senior Writer

During Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's yoga class on Facebook live she got totally distracted by one of the instructors cuddling their cat and it's so relatable.

After one section of the class was finished and they were all talking, she noticed that Michael Dynie's cat had made an appearance.

"Oh, that's such a cute cat," she said.

At one point during the class when they were lying down, the cat was on Dynie's chest.

Then the cat left and a dog came into the frame.

"Now there's a dog," Grégoire Trudeau said.

She asked if Dynie has a pet shop in his house to which he joked that he was live streaming from the zoo and the cat was a tiger.

You can do the yoga class with Grégoire Trudeau and the other instructors since the live video is posted on Facebook.
