Canada is going THROUGH it right now. 🥶😫

Don't even think about complaining about the weather if you're not suffering through the polar vortex in Canada right now.

The Weather Network has reported that this wide-spread cold is the longest of its type since the beginning of the 21st century.

2021 threatens to do the unheard of -- three consecutive days with below zero temperatures across all of Canada. The Weather Network

The frigid polar vortex has forced temperatures on all 10 million square kilometres of Canada to dip below freezing at the same time.

On Thursday, February 11, negative temperatures will hold from coast to coast, with both Vancouver and St. John's clocking in around -4 C.

On the same day, parts of Saskatchewan will be as low as -27 C.

Virtually all of the Prairies will be seeing temperatures below -20 C.

The polar vortex will keep Canada in its grasp for days to come, though things should get a little less grim over the next couple of weeks.

Freezing temperatures like these can be very dangerous, so be sure to check for weather alerts in your area and bundle up if you dare to leave your house.
