Tim Hortons is turning 60 and to celebrate, they're bringing back some fan-favourite donuts that have previously been on the menu.

Starting on January 10, Canadians can get their hands on four retro donuts for a limited time: the Dutchie, Blueberry Fritter, Cinnamon Sugar Twist and Walnut Crunch.

As well as the return of the sweet treats, Timmies will be rolling out new cups, donuts and Timbit boxes, and other packaging with a Tims 60th anniversary logo across the country.

For those not in the know, the first Tim Hortons restaurant opened in 1964 in Hamilton, Ontario and is still open and serving guests in addition to the almost 4,000 Tims locations in Canada and the over 5,700 locations in total around the world.

"We're celebrating 60 Years of Keeping it Fresh throughout the year at Tims with a series of experiences for guests that will have a spirit of modern nostalgia - nods to the past but also celebrating the Tims of today and the future," said Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer for Tim Hortons.

"We wanted to kick off our 60th anniversary year with a bang and we can't wait to re-introduce Canadians to four retro donuts that were most popular historically among our guests," she explained.

The donuts are only available for a limited time, so if you want to get a bite of nostalgia, you'll want to grab your treat sooner rather than later.

Fingers crossed they bring back the Timbiebs next — a truly Canadian snack!
