Toronto is filled with new restaurants worth checking out every day of the week, but there are some classics that are just so pretty they deserve to be in the spotlight.

A restaurant with stunning decor makes the dining experience more magical and that is something my friends and I look for when we're getting together.

When I am looking for an aesthetic restaurant in Toronto, I really want to live the lavish Carrie Bradshaw life in the 6ix, where I can dress in my classiest clothes and take pictures with my friends in a dreamy space.

If you were hoping to find the same success as I have, here is a list of eight Toronto restaurants that you need to check out because their vibe is exactly what you've been looking for.

Keep in mind that these restaurants are organized in no particular order.

Daphne

@narcitytoronto

Narcity’s Mira Nabulsi checked out Daphne in Toronto’s Financial District, a new upscale restaurant serving modern twists on classic American dishes. 🍽️ Mira tried a number of items on the menu, including a roasted bone marrow that she says left her “shook.” An outing at Daphne may not come cheap depending on what you order, but we think it’s a luxurious dining experience worth trying at least once. Have you been to Daphne? Let us know in the comments!

Price: 💸💸

Address: 67 Richmond St W, Toronto

Cuisine: Modern American

Why You Need To Go: Daphne has a beautiful interior and outdoor seating area that would "WOW" anyone who walks into the space.

They have different seating areas, each with its unique vibe.

The first thing you'll notice is their large, primarily black and white dining room with an open kitchen that you won't hear much noise from because of how professional the chefs are.

Next is a smaller room with bright colours within an orange-based palate, which is excellent for daytime meals.

The restaurant also has a hidden bar with high tables, white stools and a green ceiling.

Finally, during the summer, the restaurant has an open-air courtyard that feels like a restaurant in Monte Carlo.

Why You Need To Go: This Middle Eastern restaurant will not only transport you to an arab country because the food is so authentic, but the decor is beautiful.

The restaurant is filled with purple and white decor, as well as a bunch of butterflies that make for great content.

If you sit all the way at the back of Laylak, there is a pretty wall with colourful glass vases that make for aesthetic pictures.

Maison Selby

Address: 592 Sherbourne St, Toronto

Cuisine: French

Why You Need To Go: Located in a small townhouse on the east side of Toronto is a cute French restaurant with the most aesthetic decor.

It feels like a more chic version of a French grandmother's dining room and the attention to detail is magnificent.

The food is also delicious, especially the French onion soup and the moules frites

Oretta King West

Why You Need To Go: Oretta is undeniably a beautiful restaurant, and it is even better if you go during the day when the sun shines through its large windows.

The pink aesthetic and Italian food is the escape you didn't know you needed.

So whether you're going for your afternoon cappuccino or their famous happy hour, Oretta's vibes are immaculate.

Vela

Price: 💸💸💸

Address: 90 Portland St, Toronto

Cuisine: International

Why You Need To Go: The restaurant is located inside a heritage building in Toronto's Entertainment District. The space spans 4,000 square food and the vibes are inspired by a constellation of stars.

They have an iconic light fixture on the ceiling all over social media, but their food shines even brighter when you try it. Executive chef Marvin Palomo has curated a menu filled with classics that everyone would enjoy.

Patria

Price: 💸💸

Address: 478 King St W, Toronto,

Cuisine: Spanish

Why You Need To Go: Patria has been in Toronto for a while but has recently gone through renovations and turned the space into a restaurant with major Spanish flair.

Patria has a paella you can't miss out on and a tapas menu filled with delicious bites.

But the Spanish-themed restaurant has an interior worth checking out because it's so different than other places in the city.

Myth

Price: 💸💸💸

Address: 522 King St W, Toronto

Cuisine: Greek

Why You Need To Go: Myth is a Greek restaurant in Toronto with vibes that will transport you to Mykonos.

The decor is filled with things you would find in a Greek restaurant in Greece, like olive trees, wooden ceilings, limestone walls and more that make the space welcoming and aesthetic.

They also have an all-season outdoor patio that overlooks the street and is both cozy and summery.

The flavours in the food are so aromatic and feature ingredients like olive oil, feta cheese and kalamata olives that taste just as refreshing as the summer breeze.

Myth Menu

Frenchy Bar et Brasserie

Price: 💸💸💸

Address: 145 Richmond St W, Toronto

Cuisine: French

Why You Need To Go: This French restaurant opens on Thursday and I had a sneak peek on Monday, and I'm telling you, it's worth visiting.

The decor is simple and elegant, with floral touches that make the space so vibrant and different from the other Toronto restaurants.

Not only will the French onion soup transport you to Paris, but the restaurant's interior will make you feel like you have travelled across the world.

Frenchy Bar et Brasserie Menu

There are many more Toronto restaurants that have a beautiful interior that you should check out. But the ones mentioned here are just a few that I've experienced with my friends on a girl's night out.

If you love dressing in your most fabulous outfits in Toronto then doesn't a chic and aesthetic restaurant have to match the vibe?

I think yes.
