Amazon Canada is doing a huge hiring spree at their Scarborough location throughout the next few weeks and there are so many spots to fill.

In an eight-week hiring process, Amazon Canada is hiring over 700 people at their fulfilment hub in the east end of Toronto.

$17/hr The salary that new full-time hires will earn.

The position starts at $17 an hour and full-time employees also get benefits like medical, vision and dental coverage, a group RRSP plan, stock awards, and performance-based bonuses as soon as they start.

Some of the hiring process is online, too, in order to ensure everyone's safety. However, during an in-person appointment, candidates may need to get their temperature checked and will require a face mask, which Amazon itself will give out.

Candidates must be 18 or older. Workers at the facility, which is just minutes' walk from public transit, will pick, package, and ship small items to customers.
