One employee tested positive for the disease at each store.

An internal letter shared online appeared to confirm that the MAC Comestics worker last visited the store on September 14, and is now self-isolating.

Weeks ago, Yorkdale's Foot Locker store was briefly shut down for cleaning after a confirmed case was reported.

An infection was also confirmed at Uniqlo in Toronto's Eaton Centre earlier this month.
