Goodbye, gloomy days — Toronto's weather is set to become summer-like over the next two weeks.

According to The Weather Network's 14-day forecast, temperatures in the city will climb to 19 C by this coming weekend, followed by 20 C highs for much of next week.

Not only is it going to be warm, but the forecast is calling mainly for sun, with the exception of a bit of cloud coverage on the 18 and 19.

Victoria Day long weekend is looking especially pleasant so far, with a high of 21 C and mainly sunny skies on Saturday, and nothing but sunshine on the holiday Monday.

The Farmer's Almanac is predicting a "hot and stormy" start to June and an especially rainy summer season in Ontario this year, so enjoy the sunshine while it lasts.
