All eyes are on the House of Representatives as the second impeachment trial of Donald Trump continues.

The trial comes exactly one week after Pro-Trump rioters violently stormed the United States Capitol building, which has apparently left some Republican House reps scared for their lives.

Welcome to the club. Rep. Jason Crow

In an interview with MSNBC, Democratic Colorado Representative Jason Crow stated that some of his Republican colleagues are fearing for their lives when it comes to voting in favor of Trump's impeachment.

"Many of us have felt that way for a long time because we have stood up for our democracy and we expect them to do the same," said Crow.

The impeachment trial comes after members of the House claim President Donald Trump incited the violence on Capitol Hill.

"We have a domestic terror threat that is being led and incited by the president," said Crow.

Multiple House Republicans have stated they want to vote in favor of impeachment, including the third-ranking Republican in the House, Liz Cheney.

"There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States of his office and his oath to the Constitution," said Cheney. "I will vote to impeach the President."
