One driver tried to outsmart the police by creating a fake Ontario licence plate out of a diaper box. According to the West Region OPP, a vehicle was pulled over after officers noticed its phony cardboard plates. The driver appeared to attach a printout of a license plate onto cardboard that was cut to roughly the same size. Officers reported that the incident ended with the driver making a "change," pun intended. This isn't the first bizarre incident involving licence plates. Toronto police revealed last month that they caught a driver using a marker to alter their rear licence plate. While another Ontario driver was caught driving around with expired plates for over 30 years.
