We were better off without him.\n\n\nFred VanVleet\n\n\nAfter Nurse got ejected, the Raptors made a surprise comeback, pulling off a 28-6 run and defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 128-113.\n“It was fun. It was fun postgame in the locker room,” Nurse said during the post-game media scrum.\n“Guys were enjoying it, and they should. I talk about never getting too high or getting too low, but you’ve got to enjoy the wins. It’s too hard to get them.”\nThe team did some post-game celebrating last week too when VanVleet shattered a franchise record with 54 points in a single match. VanVleet finished Monday's game strong with 32 points and nine assists. \nThe Raptors will face off against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday.
