Currently, Hamilton, Niagara, Sarnia-Lambton, Windsor-Essex, Huron-Perth, London-Middlesex and others are under the warning, according to Environment Canada.

Southern parts of the province can expect to get hit with a downpour from this afternoon and into the early evening.

Wind this fast can toss flying objects and debris into the air, cause trees to snap, and induce property damage.

Make sure to take necessary precautions, as torrential rain can also flood properties and streets.
