It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas especially with Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's Instagram post about making festive cookies with her kids.

Grégoire Trudeau shared a photo of her three kids, Xavier, Ella-Grace and Hadrien, cutting out cookies and another one of the finished products.

The family made cookies shaped like stockings, Santa Claus, snowflakes, ornaments, stars, mittens, snowmen and Santa hats.

They were covered with icing, sprinkles, and Smarties.

Based on the photo of the finished products, it seems like the kids were in charge of decorating the cookies.

Grégoire Trudeau captioned the post with, "Smells like Christmas!"
