You can't beat fall flavours. Admit it; all year round, we look forward to apples in all forms like warm crisps, candied, or within a slice of pie. If you love this fruit as much as we do, then you can't beat a bite of it fresh off the tree. Here are a few adorable places to go apple picking in B.C. this fall.

If you haven't gone to a local farm to pick fresh fruit, then you are missing out. What we love that it is cheap seasonal fun that lets you enjoy the sunshine.

Sure it doesn't hurt that you also come back with a basket of nature's candy that tastes so much better than anything you'd find in a grocery store.

Apple picking also can make for some cute photo opportunities. You can get the classic farm shots along with all the treats you'll bake at home.

But keep in mind to reach the higher branches you might need to stand on a ladder. So wear your cozy sweater but keep to flat footwear.

Another perk about this activity is it can be very budget-friendly. You are charged by the weight of what you collect.

So if you want to enjoy the experience without paying much, you can just grab a few.
