Someone Allegedly Robbed & Attacked A 10-Year-Old Girl For $50 In Vancouver

On the morning of Saturday, March 6, a 10-year-old girl was waiting outside a restaurant to buy her family breakfast, according to the Vancouver Police.

A woman reportedly grabbed the girl, reached into her pocket, and stole a $50 bill from her.

The girl followed, trying to get her money back, and was allegedly elbowed in the face, resulting in a split lip and a bloody nose. 

Witnesses made sure the woman couldn't leave and she was arrested by Vancouver Police. 

Police say that the girl's family had recently moved from Mexico and police officers pooled money together to give the family over $200.
