9 Photos Of Melania Trump That Are A Sneak Peek Into Her Life Before Being First Lady

She's shared plenty of selfies in the past.🤳

With Joe Biden’s inauguration just one day away, the Trump family will be preparing to leave the White House.

These old photos of Melania Trump show what her life was like before becoming First Lady — and are possibly what it could be like after, too!

A couple of months after Donald Trump was elected president of the United States in late 2016, Melania Trump became the country’s first lady.

In a recent farewell speech, the former model and businesswoman described her time in the White House as “the greatest honour of my life” and said she had been "humbled to represent a nation with such kind and generous people."

However, life for Melania was probably pretty different prior to becoming first lady.

While she still had a pretty big house and plenty of money, these old social media photos show that life was probably a little more laid back prior to 2016.

Posting from her own verified Twitter page, prior to handling the official “FLOTUS” account, this image from 2014 shows a pre-White House Melania preparing to land near their multi-million dollar Florida home, Mar-a-Lago.

It’s the same property the family is expected to return to following President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20.

This image posted on social media in 2015 shows one indoor view from the couple's New York City property.

It’s not the White House, but it still looks pretty fancy.

Two years prior to the 2016 U.S. election, Mr. and Mrs. Trump can be seen taking selfies in Scotland while playing golf.

The incumbent president has recently been told he cannot visit Scotland to play golf after leaving the White House, due to COVID-19 restrictions in the country.

Posing with a jet-ski and her son, Barron Trump, this picture was posted to Melania Trump's official Twitter page and shows the family vacationing back in 2014.

This picture was shared the day after Trump’s son, Eric, married Lara Trump in the family's Mar-a-Lago estate in 2014.

“From last night #congratulations Eric & Lara,” posted Melania.

During her time as First Lady, Melania Trump used the official “FLOTUS” social media accounts to post photos and messages.

She posted via these platforms to share photos of White House Christmas decor and to share her opinion on her husband’s claims of election fraud in 2020, among other things.

According to a report from the Associated Press, the Trump family don’t intend to move out of the White House until the day Joe Biden takes over.

Despite his claims of election fraud, Donald Trump has promised that there will be a peaceful transition of power come January 20.

That said, the incumbent president has said he will not attend Joe Biden’s inauguration.
