Durham Police Police told CP24 that one of the victims sustained serious injuries and required CPR at the scene. The Toronto Sun also reported that the injuries occurred after a snowplow toppled over a school fence. Sources told the outlet that one of the children reportedly suffered head injuries after being trapped under the fence for about 15 minutes.
