The TLCPalm report stated that the simulated surf park would bring 800 residential homes, 600 hotel rooms, and thousands of new jobs.
The developers have been sitting on the land of the future park in Fort Pierce since 2004, looking for the perfect destination project to invest in.
Though no opening date has been announced yet for the Florida park, Wave Garden has blooming locations across the globe, with the world’s largest location opening in Seoul in October.
