White sand beaches, bright turquoise waters and incredible views might sound like something you'd find in the tropics, but this Ontario Airbnb lets you experience all that and more without leaving the province.

The recently-opened "rare waterfront destination" is a four-season retreat that can accommodate eight guests in three bedrooms.

Boasting outdoor activities, a beach house-like interior and tranquil surroundings, it's an idyllic spot for a little staycation. Guests will have access to the entire space while renting here.

The waterfront cottage, dubbed Blue Haven, is located in Lion's Head and, according to the owners, it's one of the few waterfront rentals in the area.

The private 120 metre shoreline is complete with a deck where you can enjoy the blue, tropical-looking water.
