Deep Cove is a small community in North Vancouver, giving all of the Stars Hollow vibes but with a seaside twist. Known for its beauty and access to outdoor adventure, the village is also lined with picturesque shops and cafes.

Kayaking is super popular here, since you can rent some and hit the water, taking in the scenic views of the area. There's a calm ocean enclosed by massive mountains all around, giving you the classic West Coast views.

After some adventure, you can grab some food at one of the restaurants, or go right for dessert at Honeys Donuts. This spot is a legendary Deep Cove attraction, with delicious treats and a celebrity guest list. Kate Winslet and John Cena have been spotted at the shop, so keep your eyes peeled for Hollywood stars while enjoying your donut.

The waterfront of Deep Cove is the perfect place to settle down and have a picnic or just sit out and enjoy the serenity of the area.

Even if you have a car and live in Vancouver you'll probably want to opt for the public transit route to get here, since parking in the village can be tricky. TransLink can take you from downtown to Deep Cove in under an hour, or you can opt for taking the SeaBus across to North Vancouver and then bussing to Deep Cove from there.
