A major collision between two transport trucks has shut down the eastbound express lanes of Highway 401 for investigation and cleanup.\nUPDATE: All lanes but one have been cleared. Kerry Schmidt said to CP24.\nThe incident has also affected Allen Road and according to NewsTalk1010, MTO officials will assess for structural issues.\nThe eastbound express lanes remain closed between Highway 400 to around Yonge.\n\nAccording to the OPP, the priority is to get express lanes open as early as possible.
