You can hop on a bus from Ottawa, taking one of multiple tour options to discover new brews in the region. Brew Donkey's afternoon and full days tours usually focus on exploring breweries but they have one tour in particular that takes you to four different spots.

The All Things Brewed Tour takes you to one brewery, a distillery, a winery and a chocolatier. They will show the differences and similarities of how all these goodies are brewed with love. No matter what you enjoy treating yourself with, you'll find it on this day tour.

This boozy tour happens once a month, and the next times you can join them are April 9, May 8, June 12 and July 9. It's a six-hour-long tour, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and costs $110 per person. You'll be picked up from Elgin Street and then don't have to plan anything else for the day. Other tours that primarily visit breweries are offered every weekend from Friday through Sunday.

Their new tour commences May 8 where you'll be stopping at Dairy Distillery, Hummingbird Chocolate Maker, Kin Vineyards and Braumeister Brewing Co. In addition to transportation, educational tours and sample tastings at each location, lunch and a snack is served on the bus. You'll select your preferred sandwich from a list and the snack is usually a treat like a donut or giant pretzel.

The April 9 tour will be the last one including their current stops; Artizen Kombucha, Braumeister Brewing Co., Top Shelf Distillers and Weatherhead Brewing Co. Three of these locations are around the quaint town of Perth, if you don't want to miss these stops then you'd better book a spot for this Saturday.

It's a lively day where everyone just wants to enjoy the experience, chat and sip the day away. It's a good idea to have a ride set for once the tour is done, you'll be feeling wonderfully tipsy from all the samples provided at each stop. With drinks, snacks, a driver and lots of laughs, you can't beat a day riding around sampling goodies and learning how it's all made.
